How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
All our products have a delivery time between 8 to 15 days, however depending on the location of the consumer, delays may occur.
What are the delivery options and how much do they cost?
At the moment, we have two shipping options which are Free Shipping on purchases over € 50 and we have the Standard which has a value of € 12.99 shipping. In the future, we will add more delivery options for our consumers to have more choice.
How can I track my order?
You will be able to track your order through a tracking number displayed in your customer account in our store and also in the email you will receive later after the payment has been made!
What is the refund policy?
Our refund policy consists of a period of 10 to 15 days, i.e. after receiving your item you have up to 15 days to claim a refund!

In order for us to accept that you can receive a refund, the item must:
- be in the same condition as when you received it;
- no signs of use and in the original package;
- we also need a receipt showing proof of purchase from our store;
As soon as you open the package of the item and it is damaged, please contact us immediately so we can refund you as soon as possible!
